2012 July 30 – Cancer Australia’s Models of Care for Lung Cancer survey

Lung Cancer patients, their families and carers – be part of Cancer Australia’s Models of Care for Lung Cancer survey

Have you been affected by lung cancer? Would you like an opportunity to have your say?

Cancer Australia’s National Lung Cancer Program is working on projects to improve the lives of Australians with lung cancer. The Models of Care for Lung Cancer in Australia project is one of a number of lung cancer projects currently underway.

The Models of Care for Lung Cancer project aims to find out the best ways to treat and care for people with lung cancer, and their families.

The Project team wants to hear about the ‘real-life’ experiences of lung cancer treatment and care from people who have been affected by lung cancer.

If you have been diagnosed with lung cancer, or if you have cared for a family member or friend who has, you are invited to share your experience by completing a survey. Your responses will help the project team make recommendations to Cancer Australia, to improve treatment and care for people with lung cancer in the future.

For more information about the survey visit the Cancer Australia website:http://www.canceraustralia.gov.au/LungCancerSurvey or download the Lung Cancer Survey Participant Information Sheet.
