Lungs in Action Shepparton is facilitated by Primary Care Connect. We have an onsite gym where we facilitate our classes. Class size varies from 2 to 10 participants and classes are tailored to suit the needs of the individual. Exercises include low intensity resistance exercise, breathing exercises, aerobic exercises such as walking and cycling, balance and core exercises, cool-down stretches and mindfulness meditation.
