Living with a lung condition may feel overwhelming, bringing emotions like anxiety, worry and fear. You may also experience tension in the body and mind. This is of course a totally normal human reaction, to an out of the ordinary experience.

Tracie Story is an experienced Social Worker, having previously worked with people, partners, and families in the field of Post-Acute Care and Chronic Health Conditions. In addition, she has been a practising counsellor and therapist in a range of Health, Fitness and Educational agencies, and has practiced yoga and meditation for over 3 decades. As well as finding joy in sharing these practices with clients and colleagues, Tracie also finds them invaluable for her own wellbeing.
