Living with a lung condition may feel overwhelming, bringing emotions like anxiety, worry and fear. You may also experience tension in the body and mind. This is of course a totally normal human reaction, to an out of the ordinary experience.
In this webinar, Social Worker Tracie Story, will be exploring the practices of mindfulness and self-compassion, and how they can be used for people living with lung disease or lung cancer to increase the ability to be present, flexible, and respond rather than react to life’s challenges.
Speaker: Tracie Story
