We are pleased to present a new webinar in the Understanding COVID-19 series. As restrictions begin to ease across Australia, we recognise that you may start to think about how you can undertake your regular activities. For some, re-engaging with loved ones and the community might feel daunting and challenging. Debra and A/Prof Morgan will share their knowledge to support you in navigating through this time and in establishing a ‘new normal’.
Debra Sandford will provide tips on how to manage the emotional and mental challenges you may be feeling and A/Prof Morgan will discuss how you can look after and protect your physical health during this time.
An extended live Q&A will be held for your questions. We invite you to submit your questions prior to the webinar.
