Understanding COVID-19: Looking after your mental wellbeing as a parent of a child with rare lung disease

Speaker: Dr Lauren Kelada

As the emotional impact of COVID-19 emerges, Lung Foundation Australia aims to address the mental wellbeing of our Young Lungs families. Dr Lauren Kelada will join us to highlight the way parents as carers can support their own wellbeing, and balance this with the needs of their families. Hear practical ideas for managing the emotional and mental challenges of these uncertain times and take the opportunity to ask questions around mental health and wellbeing.

When: Friday 22 May

Time: 2:00pm (AEST), 12:00pm (WA) 1:30pm (SA, NT)
