Lungs in Action Grange is a lovely group of people who work together to improve their health. The group is very social with regular morning teas and annual events. Class numbers vary from 6-12 and are facilitated by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Please note that Lungs in Action classes will be discontinued from 30 January 2026. Please contact [email protected] for any questions.
