Lungs in Action Gymea’s Breathe Better program is a specialised class designed for pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation patients facilitated by Accredited Exercise Physiologists. The program is tailored to your specific needs and abilities, with a focus on improving lung function and increasing your physical activity and quality of life. Breathe Better combines 1:1 and group exercise training, accommodating for 4-6 participants in our state of the art rehabiliation gym. The program creates a supportive and welcoming environment where you can continue your rehab and connect with others going through similar experiences. Please note that Lungs in Action classes will be discontinued from 30 January 2026. Please contact [email protected] for any questions.
