Lungs in Action Gymea’s Breathe Better program is a specialised class designed for pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation patients facilitated by Accredited Exercise Physiologists. The program is tailored to your specific needs and abilities, with a focus on improving lung function and increasing your physical activity and quality of life. Breathe Better combines 1:1 and group exercise training, accommodating for 4-6 participants in our state of the art rehabiliation gym. The program creates a supportive and welcoming environment where you can continue your rehab and connect with others going through similar experiences.
