Rare but not alone

We understand that living with a rare lung condition, such as PAH, can feel isolating and overwhelming. But you are not alone and there is a community waiting to support you and your family to navigate the highs and lows of living with PAH.

Lung Foundation Australia offers a range of support services and free resources and information to help you better understand and manage your condition. Connecting with expert information and community who understand your condition and your lived experience can make all the difference. Our range of support services provide people in similar situations the opportunity to come together to support each other, share practical tips and help break down the sense of isolation that can often be experienced.

PAH Patient Charter
Lung foundation Australia is pleased to support the launch of Australia’s first PAH Patient Charter this World PH day. The PAH Patient Charter outlines the standards of holistic care that everyone with PAH should expect to receive. It is based on international guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of PAH and has been developed by patients, patient advocacy group representatives and HPs.
