TSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting

Lung Foundation Australia will once again be heavily involved at the Annual Scientific Meetings of The Australia and New Zealand Society of Respiratory Science (ANZSRS) and the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand (TSANZ).

Attendees are invited to drop by our booth to find out more information about the resources, education materials, training and support we offer for health professionals and patients.

Delegates stopping by the booth will be able to chat with one of our friendly staff members and access our information and resources.

They will also be invited to take part in a brief survey about how health professionals use our services.

Lung Foundation Australia and TSANZ share many of the same goals and health professional membership of both organisations offers mutual benefits.

Conference Healthy Active Fun Run

People on the Gold Coast are advised to watch out for respiratory health professionals wearing Lungs in Actions t-shirts taking over the streets early on Monday morning (30 March).

They will be supporting our Broadbeach Waters Park Run (Healthy Active program) as part of the conference.

Conference delegates can test out their lungs with a 5km timed run which starts and finishes at the back of the Gold Coast Police Citizen’s Youth Club, next to the cricket pitches on Monaco Street.

The run continues on a cement path crossing Bermuda Street and through Albert Park and will be marked with arrows to assist the runners (and walkers).
