  • To enrol in a Lungs In Action class, you must have completed Pulmonary Rehabilitation in the last 6 months
Lungs in Action Launceston is facilitated under the experienced supervision of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists and in conjunction with our cardiac rehabilitation classes. Additionally, you are provided access to Launceston General Hospital’s online education program, free of charge adding the benefit of a multidisciplinary team. Feel confident exercising within a safe and supported small group setting (maximum 5 people per class), with individualised exercise programming. Lungs in Action is a great place to discover the power of community and social connection through our group exercise classes. Join others who share similar goals in an environment where motivation thrives to improve your health, and embrace opportunities for camaraderie, accountability, and friendship.
