Lungs in Action Oatlands provides exercise classes that focus on increasing your strength, improving your balance and your cardiovascular and respiratory fitness. To ensure a personalised experience, FORRM Strength & Recovery requires all participants to attend an initial 30-minute appointment with our team prior to attending this class. This allows us to assess your current fitness and strength levels, enabling us to provide you with the most safe, and effective experience, tailored to your unique goals. The initial appointment has been discounted for Lungs in Action participants and will cost $15.
