  • To enrol in a Lungs In Action class, you must have completed Pulmonary Rehabilitation in the last 6 months
Lungs in Action Hove at YMCA Holdfast Bay Community Centre is an ideal class to help continue your exercise routine and maintain your strength and conditioning after completing your pulmonary or cardiac rehabilitation. Exercises incorporated into the program, consist of strengthening and resistance training of major muscles, balance and coordination, as well as cardiovascular exercise. Participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace and take rests as needed. Join our Lungs in Action program, led by our experienced and friendly Fitness Instructor, John Anderson.
