Face-to-face LFA Specialist Lung Cancer Nurses (SLCNs) are located in hospitals across Australia. They are available to people referred into the hospital with suspected or confirmed lung cancer. SLCNs provide comprehensive physical and psychosocial care and help navigate the complex clinical pathways faced with a lung cancer diagnosis. To access an LFA SLCN, your GP will need to refer you to a treating Respiratory Specialist within the hospital If a SLCN is not located in your hospital please phone LFA’s Information and Support Centre on 1800 654 301 to connect with our Lung Cancer Specialist Telehealth Nurses.
