Climate change is causing weather changes, as well as worsening air quality in Australia and globally. Air pollution and climate change pose a significant threat to the lung health of Australians, and those living with a lung disease or lung cancer are particularly vulnerable to the quality of the air they breathe.
Lung Foundation Australia developed a short survey to understand the impacts of climate change and air pollution for those living with a lung disease and lung cancer.
The survey received 448 responses with representation from each state and territory in Australia.
This report outlines the methods and findings from the survey.
