Lung Foundation Australia is committed to improve lung health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of lung disease and lung cancer and in taking action early.
This expression of interest form is for healthcare professionals who work within First Nation communities to complete. If you also have an interest in First Nations lung health, we encourage you to fill in the form. The aim is to provide information and resources about our Be Deadly, Be Cough Aware campaign that you can share and use in practice, with your patients and community.
During Lung Health Awareness Month, from the 25 – 31 May, we will be running the campaign online and would appreciate support in raising awareness of the campaign during this period (and beyond) with the goal to direct First Nations peoples to the Lung Health Quiz, a free and online tool, to assess their lung health.
