Ms Angela Ratcliffe AICD

Ms Angela Ratcliffe has over 30 years business leadership experience working in Consumer, Industrial and Healthcare Sectors in Australia, UK and Asia. Her experience includes creating new business models, building high performance teams and successfully leading through, crisis management, change and uncertainty. In her senior leadership roles she has been a member of the ANZ Executive Leadership Teams for multinationals 3M, Staples and Philips and in her most recent role, as Leader of Connected Health Care APAC, was a member of the Philips APAC Executive Leadership Team. Angela is the Principal of Inspiring Futures, dedicated to helping executives reach their full potential. Ms Ratcliffe is an experienced and qualified director in both not-for-profit and commercial sectors, is a qualified executive coach and Six Sigma Black Belt. Angela brings to the Board specialisation in strategy, risk, marketing, general management, digital connectivity and customer experience. She is the Chair of the LFA Digital Evolution Sub Committee that provides oversight and governance for the LFA digital journey. Angela is passionate about equity in health care, efficiency within health systems and lung health. Driven by her own family experience Angela is keen to help improve the lives of those with lung disease and support both patients and families through their health journey.
