Sean is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of international experience as a CFO across the Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Packaging, and Health sectors. His career spans domestic and international publicly listed companies, private equity-backed enterprises, and profit-for-purpose organisations.
He brings deep expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and financing, having led, funded, and realised value in numerous large-scale transactions involving both acquisitions, integration, and divestments. Sean is passionate about creating value through collaboration and whole-of-organisation engagement. He works closely with businesses to transform their finance and operations functions whilst supporting boards in unlocking greater potential through governance, operational and cultural reform.
Sean is a committed leader in the profit-for-purpose sector, having served on several innovative, community-focused boards that have delivered meaningful impact nationally. For the last eight years he has been the Chair of St John Ambulance Australia (NSW) whilst concurrently serving as a member of the St John Ambulance Australia National Board, where he has played a key role in shaping the organisation’s brand, mission, culture governance and purpose.
Sean is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
Sean joined the Lung Foundation Board in December 2025.
