Donate in memory of a loved one

You can honour the life of someone you love by donating to Lung Foundation Australia in their name. It’s a meaningful way to remember them, knowing your gift will help people with lung disease and lung cancer, and support important research. There are several ways you can do this.

Create a memorial page online

Want a meaningful way to remember someone you loved? You can create a beautiful online page to share their story and help fund important research and support for people with a lung disease or lung cancer.

You can add your own photos and memories to the page. It’s easy to share with family and friends so they can also donate and leave messages. To request a QR code to display the memorial page at a funeral or service, please send an email to supporters@lungfoundation.com.au or call our fundraising team on 1800 654 301.

Looking for a memorial page?

If you’re looking for a memorial page that has already been set up, you can search for it on the link below. You can leave messages of support, share memories and photos in honour of your loved one when you make a donation.

Memorial donation envelopes

If you’re organising a funeral, your family may prefer to accept donations on a loved one’s behalf, over receiving flowers or other gifts. We can provide you with donation envelopes that can be placed at the funeral of your loved one.

Each envelope contains a form to complete and can be posted back to Lung Foundation Australia for free. Envelopes are posted out to you within 2 working days. To receive a receipt for a donation, please include your postal address or email on the donation envelope.

If you need envelopes urgently, please call our friendly team on 1800 654 301 or email supporters@lungfoundation.com.au.

Make a direct donation in honour of a loved one

You can honour a loved one with a one-off donation or set up a regular gift at any time. For those loved ones no longer with us, you can also choose to send a personal message with an e-card to their family or next of kin.

How your donations make a difference

When you donate to us in memory of someone special, you’re directly investing in the future of lung health. Your gift allows us to support talented researchers who are working hard to find faster diagnoses and new treatment options for lung disease and lung cancer. This investment in their work creates an enduring legacy of hope for many.
