Alicia is an experienced health strategy and program leader with a strong track record in driving innovation, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based initiatives across the health and NGO sector. She brings a practical and collaborative approach to complex health challenges.
She has led the design and delivery of large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs focused on clinical practice improvement, education, and research. Her work is informed by experience in behaviour change and implementation science and a focus on scalable, data-informed solutions developed in partnership with consumers, clinicians, researchers, and policy leaders.
As General Manager Clinical Programs, Research and Innovation at Lung Foundation Australia, Alicia oversees national programs including clinical practice guidelines, health professional learning and the Hope Research Program.
