Support groups connect you with others who have similar experiences. They offer encouragement, advice, and support to help you cope with challenges and live well.
Pulmonary rehabilitation
Pulmonary rehabilitation is an exercise and education program run by specially trained health professionals. It teaches you the skills needed to exercise safely, manage your breathlessness and stay well.
Lungs in Action
After pulmonary rehabilitation, it’s important to keep exercising to stay fit. Lung Foundation Australia’s Lungs in Action program is a fun exercise class to help people with lung disease. Learn more, or let us know if you’re interested in a class.
