Lungs in Action Maitland provides group exercise classes in a supervised, supportive, encouraging, friendly environment. Classes range from 2 to 6 people at a time. Referral from pulmonary or cardiac rehabilitation provider is required to attend Lungs in Action classes. An initial assessment will be conducted to assess health and fitness levels to provide understanding of participants’ capacity.
