Lung Foundation Australia and the COPD-X Committee are pleased to announce plans to redevelop COPD-X, Australia’s clinical practice guidelines for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This is a national effort to ensure the guidelines remain clinically relevant, practical and responsive to the needs of diverse patient populations.
Who we are looking for
We are inviting individual contributors and stakeholder representatives in Australia who have experience, knowledge or interest in COPD, guideline development or healthcare implementation.
What it involves
We are seeking expressions of interest for three broadly defined types of roles:
- Committee Member on a Topic Working Group – Contribute to core guideline content
- Expert Panel – Contribute ad-hoc input a specific area of expertise
- Public Consultation Network – Review drafts at key milestones
Details about time commitments, meeting frequency and processes will be confirmed as the redevelopment progresses. You may withdraw your participation (or that of your organisation) in either or both of these opportunities at any time.
If you would like to be involved in the future of COPD care and work alongside leading experts, please fill out the form below.
