In a world-first decision, effective from 1 July 2024 the use, supply, and manufacture of engineered stone products was banned across Australia. Whilst occupational and respiratory experts work to update clinical guidelines to reflect these landmark changes and progress in industry and evidence, how can at-risk Australian workers be identified and assessed for silica-related disease?
