Memorial Donations

You can celebrate the life of someone you love by donating in their memory to Lung Foundation Australia. This is a way you can pay tribute to them, knowing that your contribution will work to support our life-changing support services and ground-breaking research.

Create an online memorial page

Online memorial pages allow people to make donations in memory of a loved one with a message. The page can be customised to feature a photo or video with your loved one & can easily be shared through social media or email.

In Memory donation envelopes

Donation envelopes can be placed at the funeral of your loved one. The envelopes contain a form and can be free posted back to Lung Foundation Australia. Envelopes will be posted within 2 working days. Please phone our friendly team on 1800 654 301 (option 1) if you need the envelopes urgently.
