The Preventing and managing respiratory infections booklet has been designed to help people living with Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF) understand what respiratory infections are and how to look after yourself if you contract one. This resource also provides information on recognising symptoms of a respiratory infection, prevention strategies, being prepared with an action plan and more.
The information has been written mainly for people diagnosed with PF, however many of the suggestions can be used in other types of chronic lung disease.
