Lungs in Action Ashmore runs friendly small group classes of 4-7 people. We use functional equipment including light dumbbells, exercise bands and balls. Annette is an experienced Instructor that has been facilitating Lungs in Action for over 10 years.
Referrals are required to attend and participants must be registered with My Aged Care.
