LIA Geelong West is a community-based exercise maintenance program for people with stable chronic lung disease who have completed a pulmonary rehabilitation program and people with stable cardiac conditions who have completed cardiac rehabilitation.
The class is facilitated by Janet, The PT Bee, who is an accredited Lungs in Action Instructor with Cert IV in Fitness and extensive experience in providing strength, balance and fitness programs for older adults. Janet is also a Division 1 Registered Nurse (RN) and Nutritional Advisor.
